ICA is committed to ensuring that your personal information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, ICA has put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the personal information that ICA collects online.

Controlling your personal information
(a) You may choose to restrict the collection or use of your personal information in the following ways:

(i) when you are asked to fill in a form on the My Cinema website, look for the box that you can click to indicate that you do not want the information to be used by anybody for direct marketing purposes;

Mandatory Privacy Provisions
To the extent that any applicable laws place mandatory requirements on ICA relating to your privacy (Mandatory Privacy Provisions), then ICA undertakes to comply with the Mandatory Privacy Provisions and, any in the event of any inconsistency between this privacy policy and the Mandatory Privacy Provisions, the Mandatory Privacy Provisions will prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.
