“Thank you to the staff at Limelight Cinemas yesterday afternoon. My adult disabled son stumbled walking up the stairs to our seat … we were late and the lights were dimmed and he missed his footing and spilled our large bucket of popcorn (lost three quarters of it). I told him it didn’t matter but he determinedly walked back down to the Refreshment Counter to get some more and the very kind person at the Counter, on hearing what happened, gave him a medium sized bucket for nothing …. a wonderful gesture and much appreciated. Huge thumbs up to Limelight and their compassionate staff member.”
