“I went to the Odeon cinema on Friday with x2 5 year olds a 3 year old and a 10 week old to watch the smurfs all on my own. Just when the movie started my 10 week old dropped her dummy and it went under one of the chairs. The 10 week old wouldn’t stop screaming whilst the movie was on and I was struggling to find her dummy. I went out to the box office and the lovely lady there offered to hold my 10 week old so I could find the dummy and sort out the other kids. She was so lovely she helped lift the pram up the stairs and even allowed me to go out the emergency doors with the pram when we left. She was so friendly and the service was above and beyond! Highly recommend this cinema to anyone who likes to be greeted with a smile and fantastic service!”
